It's pretty much a given that the PFF simulator is the most popular one and they are tracking fan selections. Now I have no idea if any of those "fans" are actual GMs but I have read scouts and pro personnel execs are using it. The closer we get to the actual draft, the more solidified the results become, especially if you remove the random slider.
Consistently now, these are how the draft shakes out for the top 8 (just go ahead and assume The Bears and The Commanders are taking QBs):
I don't think Poles isn't getting one of the Top 3 WRs in this draft. 1, because he doesn't have the capital and 2, none of those teams are going to let him in. His options are either a DL/DE (likely Turner) or trade down. And he would have to drop down into the mid-20s (think Jacksonville or Tampa Bay) to get teams who value the "9" pick as worthy of giving up their 2nd rounder. If he does trade out and target a WR, I think we're talking about Brian Thomas or Adonai Mitchell, because there's a substantial fall-off after those two. Meeting with Odunze is just good business because it's the draft and you never know. Ironically, I think the WR packing was completed when The Chargers trade Keenan Allen to us, because that made WR their #1 priority.
Well, it's a mock so I don't put much stock in it, but if that's the case, looks like the top DE or a trade down. I think Bowers would still be there, but I view him as a 4th WR so maybe teams do also. Also, I don't see less than 3 QBs being chosen before us
It's correct not to put much (if any) stock into it. Same thing for a team discussion board.

I agree. For instance, I never believe myself. Or even listen to myself for that matter. Neither does my wife

To me, the only move that could alter this is what The Patriots do. They've got a new HC, they do need a QB and they may not value MHJ as much as we thing they (or everyone) should do.
If the Patriots pass on a QB the Giants would be FOOLS to not draft one. Hell...even if the Patriots do pick a QB the Giants should probably take a QB.
