Ima hold my opinions on Goff until he's been in the league (or is out of the league) for a couple years. The dude wasn't billed a day one starter especially not for a special team like the Rams.
Same with Barkley.
Neither QB was enough starts to put together a valid analysis of their skills.
With that said, I think we should get a QB - just not necessarily in the first. One of the benefits of having the 3rd overall pick (or 4th) is we get the 3rd overall pick in each rd. Thinking back to the past few drafts, there were some gems who fell out of the first round and into the early part of the second (Think Landon Collins to the Giants). THat should give us some flexibility to get a QB (or two ) in the 2nd-5th round.
The draft order of QBs is gonna change so dramatically in the coming weeks and months that it's almost not worth talking about at this point. There will be risers and fallers. Hell, there could be serious injuries happen in the Bowl Games.
Right now, I'm with MOTM. I'd like Myles Garrett (assuming he doesn't get injured in his Bowl Game).
If we don't get a QB, I like Garrett too, but even at #3, I think he will be gone. I think you need to have a top 2 for him and hope the top pick goes QB.
If Garrett is gone I believe we should go after Allen. He's the next best player in the draft. I have a feeling we have a real shot at him.

If we still draft at #3, I agree that other than Garrett and whoever becomes the consensus best QB, we will have a shot at. Really wish we would have lost one more game to the 9ers. We could have had Garrett IMO
