I know how they work, I know it's a late 3rd, it's still getting the full year out of them AND a late 3rd. Late 3rd can turn into starters or key rotational players. I'll take that over giving away a players value just b/c. 

B) is your thoughts, you have no say, no control, no authority. Nor does  the media or fans or analysts or "experts" or "people in the know". Hell even if you were the GM and dumb enough to make moves for some future HC that doesn't exist, why would you make moves for a player that might not fit his scheme?  Oh we just hired an OC for HC, and he hired a 3-4 DC, Great, lets look at letting that 4-3 DE we just traded for walk. Moronic short termed emotional stupid thought process. You don't make moves for some future that doesn't exist and possibly won't.

Oh I don't care of what you think about scheme fit, b/c it matters. don't believe me, go look at the constant turnover of teams that move through coaches constantly. I would love one of those DE's also, but I'm not the coach. I would prefer neither, Brown is 35, not the guy I want protecting my qb's blind side.

Don't need to convince me to hate the tampa 2. I hated the Flus hire and I don't like his def, never has. But what I think doesn't matter as much as you, we are on equal footing there. He doesn't require a HoF MLB, he's never even acted like he did. He did want a coverage lb and he wants his pressure to come from the middle, similar to Lovie smith, who wanted Tommie Harris, a DT, to be the pressure guy. 

His record on a team that wasn't trying to win is supposed to count against him? Again if he loses the locker room, that's when you fire him. Not for his record, everyone was all happy /w the tankathon, and now are shocked that it set up the team to lose. You cannot want to lose, sell off the assets to assist in losing and then hold the person accountable for losing.

I'm not saying JJ is elite by any means but he's one of our few good home grown talents we still have on this roster. I rather overpay for him than what Poles overpaid for last off season. We can't keep losing good players. Don't tell me its because he doesn't fit Flus scheme. Flus isn't lasting another year here in Chicago. If he does then both Poles and Flus need to be let go.
