Did you not HEAR the presser? Fox says the team is in a good place.
Of course Fox thinks it is in a good place. He just won three games and his GM is saying he did a good job.
Of course the Bears franchise is "in a good place" because they have a $2.7-Billion dollar business and only have to deliver 3 win seasons to the fans. What a country!!!
Mp makes disquieting ( if it proves out ) statement
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think we had only 2 games all season in which we scored more than 2 offensive TDs.
That's about right. So how does that justify keep the entire offensive staff? Oh yeah, Fox's rules. We are not accountable for the results we just coach.
I also feel like pointing out that Barkley is pretty much the example of what you get with any inexperienced QB once defenses have enough poop on you to figure out all of your tendencies and limitations.
That offense had to be at somewhat restricted due to Barkley and Washington seemed to know exactly where he was going with the ball. In fact it's not been much different for the last three games all of which have come against better teams.
If we play a rookie next year the results may not be all that much different especially given the fact that many scouts feel none of the top prospects are of the caliber of immediate starters. Is that what we want?

Me thinks AJ and Freeman aren't the only one experimenting with body altering substances. I guess Pace and Fox must be hoping we're all either stoned or just not paying attention. The media really does need to play hardball with these guys at their presser.
