LOL...ok, whatever you say. I just provided quotes from TWO articles talking about how Jenkins was never in consideration for Left Tackle, but right tackle instead...but I'm sure those articles are wrong and you are right. You should reach out to all the media members and inform them of how wrong they were!
If the coaches thought Booker was better OVERALL than Walker right now, he'd be starting. You can slice it up any way you want to, but thats the bottom line.
That is obviously the bottom line. Now let’s just watch Walker and Booker on the field and see if they are correct.
Your articles can predict whatever. I remember what actually happened in 2022 training camp. I hereby pronounce this dead horse as dead. Time of death was 1:57 pm Pacific Time.
LMAO!!! Where in any of these paragraphs is there a "prediction"?:
"The second-year offensive lineman has experienced a wild ride this summer. He missed seven practices early in training camp with an undisclosed injury, was the subject of trade rumors and then lined up as the third-team right tackle upon returning to action."
AND
"After opening the offseason as the Bears’ presumed starting right tackle, Jenkins found himself demoted during OTAs and fighting for a roster spot in training camp."
Those aren't predictions...they are REPORTS OF WHAT HAPPENED! You may not like it, you may not remember it that way, but it is IN FACT the way it went down and has been REPORTED as such. Sorry, I know you hate to admit when you are wrong...but you are wrong. Its ok to admit it every now and again. Nobody is perfect...unless you can walk on water and none of us know it. If thats the case...we've talked about those few things I did in my youth that I was sorry about and I've been working hard to get through those pearly gates one day, hopefully not soon! LOL
Right. The Booker or Walker debate shall be settled — as it should be — on the NFL regular season playing field.
Totally off topic but I'm dying to ask. What do the Seahawks look to do this season? What's good and what's bad?
The good is the defensive secondary and the DL with addition of Murphy. If they can (finally!) stop the run, the defense could be pretty good.
The issue on offense is the offensive line. Lucas is still on PUP list and his career may be done. We have to see how Olu can do at center, and guards are not much more than average. But, like the Bears, they are loaded at the offensive skilled positions.
Overall, I think Bears have better chance of going over on 8.5 wins.

Their top pass rusher just sprained his MCL and is gonna be out a month or so.

The hope is that he’ll be back in time for the Lions game 9/30. If Bo Nix beats the Hawks in the opener, I could have a lot of fun over on the Seahawks forum. The Howell train riders thought I was crazy trading up and taking Nix in my mock draft.

I got Nix on one of my dynasty leagues and in my 2 qb Gym League for fantasy. Wasn't super high on him coming out, but he landed with a good coach in a good system.
I play in a 2 QB league, thinking of taking one high (2-3 round) and then collecting 2 -3 rookies and see who generates stats in the season. We have a huge bench in this league (12 guys).

I rated him second best QB in the draft. We have a lot of delusional Seahawks fans who think Howell is the franchise QB to replace Geno.

I think the changing of the guard with Pete Carrol gone and 1st year Head Coach makes this season a bit more unpredictable as well. Everyone wants to be super optimistic that year 1 will be a welcome change but Carrol was a heck of a HC.
