I knew what they were doing at QB the moment the reg season ended. I knew enough to make the prediction easy, lets put it that way.

Last year, by this stage of the game we all knew that Darnell Wright was the most likely target too. This year feels different. I'm ok with Poles taking a bit more risk (Latu) now than I was last time (Carter). I can also make a strong case for WR and OL too. I can even make a good case for Bowers as well.

It feels to me like its either Odunze or Murphy but my confidence level in that is pretty marginal. Poles has done a good job of leaving himself options.

Please no defensive players. Its been proven in todays NFL that they don't win you championships.

Max support Williams. If Alt and Odunze ain't there. Trade down...

I don't disagree, MOTM, but there's a possibility that Alt & Odunze are gone and there AREN'T any trade partners available. If the phone isn't ringing, you gotta make your pick at 9 even if you don't want to.

This poll is about WHO the Bears will take SOMEWHERE in the 1st. You might be stuck at 9 whether you like it or not.

I wouldn't be mad with Bowers one bit, especially on a trade down. Guy is an elite offensive prospect in this draft and Everett is a short term rental.

My least favorite posts are the: [insert name Bears GM here] could have traded down with [insert name of team drafting 5-9 slots lower] and still picked [insert random draft pick here] AND gotten a free [insert random day 3 pick here] pick too! [insert of Bears GM] is an [insert favorite insult here]. He didn't get the best value with that pick. I had [insert name of Bears draft pick here] ranked [insert a number between 2 and 4] rounds later.
