The Raiders are not the only franchise who will pursue Harbaugh though. I think fans sometimes thing that just offering a guy an HC gig here - that it equates to the guy wanting to coach here verses another team... Harbaugh has options.

I agree with this. I think George is intimidated by his personality type. But now there is a middle layer that probably won't be. I think Ted was the same. A Harbough type would also intimidate him
