It is funny you say that because I did read that Reid was going to retire and KC is believed to hire Belichick as HC.

We shall see, so far Belichick only had 1 interview for a HC spot.

I think a lot of teams are looking in his post Brady era. It hasn't been good. I believe Belichick's way doesn't fit modern NFL football anymore.

Not sure if he fits modern football or not, but he has had a TON of control in NE and without Brady, as you say, it has not been good. I can see no barriers to his performance. He pretty much runs it and so has to own it. Between that and his continued insistence on control, I can see why teams have not shown much interest.

He needs to have positive seasons (not L) for the next 32 seasons in a row, if hes gonna break Shulas record.

I'll be a happy camper if he can match Shula's 2 super bowl wins. That alone would be an incredible tenure here for Eberflus. By the way, Shula was one of the best of all time. Loved watching his teams play. And like Belichick and Eberflus (and the new guy in Houston, DeMeco Ryans) was a defensive head coach.
