I understand where you are coming from on this and you could be right and I could be wrong. Time will tell. But I do believe with a legit NFL coach calling plays and game planning better - along with better talent on offense, that Fields will be fine here. I do believe that he will be a top-5 QB in the NFL on any team that provides him decent receivers, offensive line and coaches. I definitely understand that others do not believe this, and that's okay. Hey, we're fans and we are okay if we see things differently (that's half the fun of this messageboard in that we can all put in our 2-cents worth).
For the record, historically, I have been wrong about these type things more often than I have been right. LOL, so I could be dead wrong, again. And that's okay too. I'm not trying to impress you guys with how smart I am. :-)
I understand to be hopeful but what I highlighted is more delusional than anything.
Fields will never be a top 5 NFL QB. Jordan Love has a better shot of being a top 10 QB let alone Fields getting a top 10 spot.
Don't let Fields playing against trash teams fool you. The man isn't a passer. It sucks that he ain't because now we have to spend a pick on another QB.

Good thing you're not an NFL GM.
Yep but the same can be said about those saying Justin Fields will be an elite QB.
Of course, throws to DJ are easier, because he gets good separation. That’s not good enough. He needs more completions into narrower windows to get above 60%.
He needs dudes that can get any sort of open.
Have two. Need Harrison. With that, don’t need pinpoint accuracy. He’d feel like he’s back at Ohio State.
I just posted this but I'll post it again. It's a good summation of Fields' issues. They even specifically talk about his throws to Moore and Kmet who are often forced to make tougher catches than they have to because Fields isn't putting it where he needs to. This is not some outlier opinion. This a well known problem for those who are watching him play. It's pretty much plain as day, so I can only speculate on what your looking at. www.youtube.com/live/85CAkhi5_R0?si=kBL0Lg-lWdHuLR0v&t=5603
I've heard that guy "Dr. Phil" before...he's a friggen meatball! Repeats the same thing over and over again, and I'm not convinced he knows a damn thing.
You might want to bring more to the debate than "Nuh-uh..."

Dr Phil is more right than wrong. Really like TTNL and Shayne.

I'll take a lot of those voices, many of which are former/current NFL players and coaches over you.
That's good, sometimes you got to take those personal feelings you have on someone and look at their own viewpoint. Justin Fields isn't a good QB. Beating up trash teams does not make you good.
