Bears beat Raiders - who gets the game ball?

I'm a firm stats guy, ie points, ppg, sacks(not hurries) etc, so I'm not an advanced stats guy. They were top 10 before today in points and ppg, was kind of surprised honestly. I'm not saying the Raiders are good, they aren't, it's just that the defense isn't why they aren't good. 

I'm not saying Bagent is good either, I think he played well against a good def, and got extra shots b/c the other teams O was trash. I do think that what he was able to do, was what works in the modern NFL b/c of how hard it is for DB's to cover, and why teams put so much emphasis on rushing and pressuring qb's. Pre read the def, correctly assess the def and get the ball out quickly and let the WR/TE/RB make a play.

It's something Fields should be able to do, I think he can, but chooses not to. Fields prides himself on his ability to chuck it deep and buy time to chuck it deep, after the WR gets open, or run. He doesn't want to run a WCO, which is what Getsy does want to. And unfortunately what Fields wants to do, doesn't work in the NFL b/c teams put an emphasis on NOT letting qb's have extra time, and if a WR does get open, chances are it won't be long enough for the QB to get the ball there before the DB's recover. You can make a mid qb in todays NFL work b/c the rules allow it. You can make a stud qb work in the NFL b/c the rules allow it. But you cannot make athelete qb's work, UNLESS, they adapt to the NFL as it is. 

My hope is that Fields gets to break down 2-3 games of the O working b/c of Bagent and accepts the O for what it is, and can work the O as Getsy wants, while adding to it w/his arm and legs. He should be a better qb then Bagent, everything about him says he should be better, but he'll have accept how to play in the NFL or he won't live up to it.
