He's coming off 2 weeks prior where he lit it up. He had a stretch last season where he had that shit show on offense operating as one of the best scoring units in the league. Actually you COULD say all those things except the "get the ball out quicker" part...and I'm not so sure about that one...I'm not sure how many games of Josh Rosen you've watched, but I haven't watched enough to know if he gets the ball out quickly or not.

I saw some of his games as he was drafted by the Cards here. I even went to one here. He was beyond awful.
