Are they allowed back? I heard some of them had been kicked out and that was the reason they went to DaBears.

I think only one was permabanned from that site. DBS did become pretty popular as a "vacation spot" for temp bans. This place is too much work to get inside so, I don't see that happening here. I was lurking around CCS this morning and I saw most of them already posting there again.
