Dave.... "the rent" was never the issue. Not even part of the equation. Ad revenue more than covered that most of the time... and even more so after "the hordes crashed the gate" (or however it was phrased).
It was nothing more than a loss of passion, time, and motivation.
And sure... "a lot of guys could afford that"... but very few did. Again, not a factor in the least, but there were always lots of people who claimed to pay... or said they would pay... and just never did. lol...
It would be nice for @soulman to either lock or archive this page. The speculation isn't really doing anything positive.

I think everyone whose cared to make a comment has and on a number of occasions Loki has been good enough to clarify and explain why Ski chose the path he did. This is a dead issue guys. Ski is moving on with his life and with whatever new enterprises he chooses. That is his right and privilege to do.
We need to move on with ours as well so I'm gonna ask that we let this die and at some time today Alex or I will either archive it, lock it, or delete it. There's little or nothing more to be said here.
