A few positive thoughts about where the Bears are at now.

That's a rather low bar to be content with. Fields stats aren't very good. Are they really that hard to replace? We're not trying to replace an upper tier QB. 

Now if Poles determines that there isn't anyone in the draft he thinks can do that, or he gets an offer he can't refuse, I guess we stick with Fields. But there is also a risk that you're going to pass up a Stroud or Mahomes again. If that happens I don't think anyone is going to be happy we stuck with Fields at that point.
