I say we get rid of all the Coaching staff. Fack it, it is early and I am usually a glass half full kind of dude but we have seen this over and over and over.....
Stop hiring these young Guru type guys and get yourself a proven offensive minded HC that is at least 50 years old and has been successful and has failed, allowed to learn and improve. I figure at that age he would be happy to have another chance and knows how NOT to fack up the whole thing and do whatever it takes to win. (harbaugh hahah naw but let the posts begin!)
He gets himself whomever that he chooses, he has been around a long time now and knows who can ball and who can't (Payton would have been nice).
