Don't know who the tweeter is or the account referenced but here it is:

I'm still deciding between two trains of thought (if not more):

(1) Keep Fields, upgrade around him, trade down this year pick up another first so if needed next draft you can move around for a QB. That does not mean not adding a 2nd or 3rd round QB this year. Don't pick up the 5th year option, instead play a Daniel Jones game. Dare Fields to show actual improvement. Builds the team, adding top shelf talent.

(2) Trade Fields, draft a QB early and reset the rookie QB clock. Potentially allows you to have a young QB on a "cheap" contract allowing to still add pieces around him.

Bears can't be afraid to try to upgrade if Fields is at his ceiling. That upgrade might not be this draft. 

The really sticky issue is the coaching. Option 1 most likely means keeping E-Flus and him throwing Getsy under the bus (at least I hope). Option 2 should mean new HC, new QC...but these are the Bears so......

Right now I'm leaning option 2 but I could be convinced for option 1.
