Absolutely! When you can. When you can't even make the post season, then try to win every game next year. And a big tool towards that goal is a high draft pick. A win now does nothing except hurt us in the long run
Would you rather have a meaningless win over a crap 49er team - or - the #2 overall pick of the entire draft?
Think about that.
Of all the talent in the entire nation coming out of college next year, we would be able to pick #2. And on top of that we would pick at #2 in every round of that draft. Our team is starved for top-tier elite talent. On top of that we need a true franchise quarterback. I'd much rather have that #2 pick than to look back at a meaningless win over a steaming piece of crap 49er team. Anyone who thinks otherwise, well, I question their sanity. Seriously.
This season is dead in the water with 16 of our players on IR. How can a few meaningless wins help us out in the future? Look at last year when we had a meaningless win against the Bucs. We could of had a higher draft pick without giving up anything.
Would you rather have Garrett, Trubisky, or Allen rather than Peppers?

This is a must lose game... as sad as this is, but I think the Bears are stupid enough to find a way to win this game.
+1 My gut feeling is that the Bears are so clueless this year that they won't even lose properly. How sad is that? This Sunday I will be the San Francisco 49ers #1 fan. And I will croak if the Bears win this one. The problem is that the 49ers are not completely stupid - they will not want to win this one either. Instead of the Super Bowl this year we have the "Draft Pick Bowl" on Sunday. Cmon Bears, win that #2 draft pick. Let the crap fest begin.
