What would their record be if Cutler was healthy all season.

Putting aside what any talking head has to say the truth is when he's on his game and getting support Cutler is the very best QB the Bears have ever had. I'm simply backing that opinion with some facts as I always try to do.  Do we need a better one?  Sure.....if and when we find one and our past record of doing that is pretty lousy wouldn't you say?

Sharpe and Bayless are doing no more than offering the opinions they were solicited to provide.  We all know that ESPN always looks askance at the Bears and often at Cutler.  If you aren't aware of that I'd say most here are and would agree with my position. I have no time or desire to produce links for something that's a commonly accepted fact.

I didn't produce the ESPN data to debate that point anyway.  I produced it for its statistical relevance to support what I have always claimed.  If you give Cutler some support defensively, a decent game plan and play calling, and don't ask him to carry the team on his back or win in a shoot out he wins more than he loses.  In most cases a lot more.  Don't do that and he loses more than he wins.  Those are simple facts.

That's all I'm saying seqq.  When I compare his stats to those of other gunslinger QBs like Elway and Favre I'm not doing it to nominate him for the HOF too.  I'm doing it to show that his stats are roughly the same as two HOF QBs who were fortunate enough for most of their careers to have played on better teams.  I've seen a ton of games both of those QBs played and they made just as many bonehead throws as Cutler ever has so I have a different perspective than many Bears fans and I don't need two talking heads to speak for me in support of what my eyes have seen.  Can you claim the same?

At least when Favre caused a stupid pick we all cheered whereas with Cutler we boo but stupid is still stupid and doesn't change with the jersey you wear.

In reality the less of a gunslinger the Bears ask Cutler to be the better he plays.  Gase recognized that last year, made changes, and Cutler improved.  We all saw that.  Given a healthier offense and half a chance I actually saw things for the first time in the Minny game that indicate to me if he has the freedom to do it Dowell Loggains is a far better play caller than I've been giving him credit for when he's not handcuffed by a dink and dunk passer and a HC who only plays not to lose.

Are you diabetic.  Is Skip Bayless diabetic?  Do either of you suffer from a mood disorder that may be caused by diabetes or pre-diabetic symptoms or even without those?

Well I am, and I can tell you that it can have a very profound impact on both my moods and my performance.  At Cutler's age it will have less of an impact as it did with me but those will increase as he gets older.  How many fans even know or consider that he has an incurable diabetic condition that requires constant evaluation and treatment yet he never excuses himself because of it.

I'm fed up with hearing that type of shit about Cutler.  Aaron Rogers throws his helmet in disgust and he gets a pass but if Cutler does it it's front page new for a week.  And don't tell me you've never seen Brady, or Rivers, or Manning get in the faces of players when they **** up but let Cutler give JWebb a little shove as he's walking off laughing about getting whipped for a sack and again it's a national catastrophe.  **** that shit.

This team supports him even if his HC and some fans don't and if by chance we do move on from him next year I suspect it will be far better for him and his career than it will be for the Bears and their fans as we once again descend into QB hell with Hoyer or a string of other much like him as we've made do with in the past.

Spot on Mike. I said earlier this year that if we could score 24 points a game with consistency we'd be back in the hunt at least in the NFCN for now.  We simply haven't done it.  We got to the door step against Minny twice and AJ just didn't haul in what should have been a sure TD pass and on our first drive we take a FG again.  That's the four points we didn't get that would have made 24.

This has been a problem for this team for quite a while.  Initially we lack a RB who could get those last two or three tough yards or it was just lousy blocking or too predictable play calling.  I don't see where we lack any of that now or having tall WR and TEs who should also be more effective inside the ten yet we still aren't getting it done as well as it needs to be.

With Cutler back if he can run a more TOP oriented offense with enough balance and deception to move the ball on scoring drives so we don't end up down two scores that defense can play well enough to keep us in the game against most teams.  We won't be able to hold them all to 20 points or less but we should be able to do it often enough to win 10 or more games a year once this mess is straightened out and I'm talking about it being possible with the guys we have now and those coming off injury.

Where we're getting screwed is either not scoring TDs on those drives or on a turnover with a short field or letting the game get out of hand defensively.  We aren't built to win shootouts.

What game did you watch? AJ was as clear as can be in saying that his team is better with Cutty and the players prefer Cutty. A day later McPhee repeated those feelings.
