If it is draft picks, one would think at least their 1st round and more...guess it depends on how AJ's value is seen by other teams.
Does the franchise tag come into affect at all with a trade right now? Wasn't there a thing where a team had to give up their next two first round picks for a franchised player?
I think that only pertains prior to the player signing the tag. After that he is on the roster and would be dealt with like any other player

That's what I was unsure on. I think you're right though.
Here's a highlight video of Jeffery. Let me know if all you see is a guy that catches jump balls. Let me know if just any WR can do that every game.
Half of the highlight includes jump balls and screens while the other half is him going against laughable defenses...
Out of all those plays he has around 2-3 good plays that were against good defenses.
And that just proves to me that you don't know how to evaluate a player. All you see is that he caught the ball. You don't look at why he was able to catch the ball.
What exactly is it that you think he needs to do in order to considered an elite WR? Please don't tell me that he needs to do what Green and Julio do because that's not an explanation.

AJ is good. Real tired of people dogging the best players at their position on this team. Yes, that includes Cutler. Wtf would you trade AJ? He is a young guy that could give you 4-5 productive years. If you want a young qb you don't jettison your best receiver.
I like Wilson a lot, but no way do I just hope he can replace AJ. Kevin White has done what to earn a starting nod?
If the eagles want to give up multiple picks in the first three rounds, but didn't they just sell the farm to get Wentz?

Did you not watch the video? Half was jump balls and screens. Not saying all but there were a few great plays as I said. Can't ignore that.
What he needs to do is show consistency and do it against great defenses. When I see highlights against a Charger team who was missing half of their roster including most of their defensive players I laugh at that. Show me what he does against a good defense like Julio Jones. Show me plays in which he is covered by 3 or more players like Jones, Green, or even Calvin.
So in the end I want consistency. This year he has been very lack luster. Maybe its because we played good defenses? Well that excuse wouldn't hold up against the Packers who were missing their DBs...

They got a 1st from the Vikings and a 4th in 2018.

Covered by 3 or more players? LOL. Secondly I'm glad you account for the Packers missing half their DB's...but not us having Matt freakin Barkley as our QB! I mean let's just gloss over that little nugget.
