Ski-Whiz (Rick) message from Dabears.com

I'm gonna have to second malaga here and say the same and I say it because I've been as guilty of stirring this pot as anyone.

We've all had things to get off our chest both here and in the Welcome Forum and we have, many times over.  The reasons are clear enough for everyone now and for those who are still a bit puzzled a quick tour of the posts in both threads will lift most of that fog.  Please take the time read them if you haven't already because we are repeating much of what has already been said and what's done has now been done.

On behalf of the staff we would like to put this to rest if at all possible.  Like most of you I loved and appreciated the good times and hated the bad ones but the only place we will ever recover the good ones is here brothers.  DBS was a nice ride while it lasted.  I wish Ski the best and I'd also like to add my personal thanks for allowing me to be one of those who was invited to help build that site long ago.  Despite our differences of opinion he has always been a good friend.  May he enjoy his new JAX site, his family, and his future.  If not for his rather unique concept of a DBS forum long ago and the great amount of time and effort he put into it over the years none of us would have met and for that I am also truly grateful.  I have made some very good friends here and very few enemies.......I hope.  LOL

So that's my wish and those of Alex and Ric as well.  No one will get banned for speaking their mind or getting something off their chest if they feel a need to do that but for all of us the more we deal with the positives and our future here the more enjoyment we should have.  I think the Bears are giving us about as much negativity as we can handle these days anyway.
