Was our 2015 offseason a wasted year for rebuild?

From what we've seen yes White has been outplayed. We can't keep blaming injuries when the same player gets hurt every single year.

I would too but I bet you he won't be close to as good as Howard is. 

Lol you really think the general public cares? They'll vote for the most popular guy. Its just like the Pro Bowl. Matt Forte was of the great backs when he played yet the general public never consider that. Don't try to disprove Howard's ability by using that. That won't work. 

Elliott has 3 100+ yard games in 5 games played
Howard has 2 100+ yard games in 2 games fully played ( Not sitting behind the depth chart )

Elliott has one of the best if not the best O-line in the league
Howard has a great interior but a piss poor tackles at right and a average at best at left. 

We're in year 2 of rebuild and what do we truly have? Everyone says wait but 30+ years of waiting is enough...

Year 1 was terrible. 1 above average player and 1 average player from the draft. Amos being the average one, Amos has 0 interceptions in 21 games played. That's some of the worst in the NFL. He has a total of 3 pass defended in the NFL. Some can say his tackles are great right? Well they're not. He's averaging 3.5 a game. Lowest tackle rate for a DB on the team over the same period of time.
 

We then got two players who will most likely end up as depth because they're getting outplayed by other players. 

Grasu is getting outplayed by Whitehair and won't get a starting job next year unless the Bears move Long to RT.
Langford has regressed his first two games and Howard has shown what can be done in the run game. He is the future back

Not about depth but this is sad:
White has less 100+ yard games that Cameron Meredith. That's SAD when one is a 1st round pick drafted at #7 while the other is an undrafted player. 

Floyd has less sacks than Bullard now. How does a 3rd round pick get more sacks than a 1st that was picked at #9?

What is up with these terrible 1st round draft picks? Pace needs to stop drafting a player who has a better ceiling and go after them day 1 players. If he can work on that his future here is bright.

Fox on the other hand has shown us why most teams dropped him. Many like to point out the Broncos situation but not every day you get a HoF QB in FA. Fox has a history with the Panthers of having a sub par offense. Even one year being ranked 32 in the NFL. This isn't a guy who can develop a QB. 

I understand you want to be optimistic about our future seeing how bad this season is going but you got to be a bit more realistic. 

As of right now does this team look better than last years? We had 2 offseasons of pickups. In my opinion no we look worse. Last year we went against the toughest teams. We even looked some what competitive last year as well while this year I don't see it. Our offense looks horrible and our defense isn't much better. 

Our draft picks and FA pickup last year ain't even pulling their own weight. White is out again, Amos still can't get a pick, Langford and Grasu just got put into depth now by much better players in this years draft. Mcphee might never be the same if so how long until his knee goes out? Royal is the only one doing decent this year but there are concerns. Acho was a terrible FA pickup. 

It felt like last year wasn't even the first year of rebuild. Out of everything we learn last year we have 1 for sure player with Goldman. That's it. 1 year wasted for him. In the NFL you don't get 5+ years to rebuild a team and if you do and still can't be competitive you're doing it wrong. 

We're in year 2 of rebuild with 1 good year filled with good draft picks and FA pickups out of 2.
