Our Talent is either hurt or not experienced enough. They are still developing. They aren't a finished product. They are working on their skills at the NFL Level and Need to develop together some chemistry. this isn't going to work in 1-2 years. Just look at the Hawks. They got Toews and Kane but haven't made the POs. In their 2nd year they made the POs but lost to a much better Wings Team. Year 3 with more experience and pieces added, they were able to win. Just look at Keith to see how Long it takes some Players to develop. When it Comes to development and experience, every Sport is the same.
The Bears 2019 will be much better than the 2017 Bears. If they will be good enough is a different Story, but they will be better.
