I have found my new Tanner Gentry and his name is ..
Is...
Is..
THOMAS IVES!!
I gotta admit, both Ives and Horsted were pretty impressive this PS. Neither has a shot to make the team but ps is a possibility.
Horsted has amazing hands. I'd love to see him make the PS. I'd also like to see Sam Mustipher make it too. Both of these players are worth investing a year of PS development this season.
Regarding the TEs, I guess I'm not surprised. I sure hope Sowell is one helluva blocking TE cuz players like Horsted and Bunting are way younger and way better pass catchers.

Does anyone know whether there is any link between the timing of the cuts and the likelihood of the player making the practice squad. So, for example does the fact Bunting was cut early mean that it is unlikely we see him back?

Sowell was the only real blocking TE the team has, from what I have heard he was able to handle Mack 1x1 in practices so I think he'll be fine. Hope they make it to PS.

I would think that early ones, who are vets are less likely to be back; but I'm not 100% sure there is a real correlation between the 2.
