Regarding the TEs, I guess I'm not surprised. I sure hope Sowell is one helluva blocking TE cuz players like Horsted and Bunting are way younger and way better pass catchers.
I don't know about his blocking skills, but he's one helluva dancer. haha
Jonathan Bullard is being released, per NFL.com. Talk about a young guy w/ huge potential who turned out to be a major disappointment.
Was wondering if he would make it. He just was never able to take advantage of his quick burst on the snap as he would get stopped more oft than not. Opens up a spot for a young guy to step up. Nothing personal but I like this move. See what they do with the open space.

He has been here enough and been surrounded by some great D minded people and players alike. If he hasn't gotten it yet. Unfortunately he will not.

This above is exactly why you make this move. You know what you have in Bullard and you can replace his production. What you hope for by replacing him is actually improving the production level.
I see the Eagles cut Eli Harold. I have not followed his pro career but liked him coming out in the draft 2 ? years ago. Wonder if he is worth getting on practice squad.

Wonder if he would be better used in a 4-3 then a 3-4. Scheme matters for most players. 1%'s like Peppers or Mack are scheme neutral. Bullard isn't that guy.
