There's no way Harbaugh mismanages the last 2 minutes like the way Flus the Clown did.

It's too early to know how it will go.  But if Eberflus loses his players he's gone.  I mean, what alternate plan is there for Poles?  We are seeing the cracks in the player loyalty to Eberflus.  These are senior and respected players - not rabble rousers - who you don't dismiss as know-nothing guys.  For that matter these are captains of the team.  It could go either way though from this point.  If the team starts winning, then that's one thing.  But if we see the team go under due to Eberflus and Waldron bumbling, they are goners.  You can't lead if your team won't follow.

Picture this.  These players have already been perfectly willing to talk to the media about frustrations. They were pretty candid about the team meeting with Waldron over his poor coaching.  Just picture what it looks like when they demand to "talk" with Ryan Poles about coach frustrations.  Not saying that WILL happen.  But if the bumbling clown show continues I could see that going down.

Yeah, I have no clue how it will go these last 10 games.  That really is a lot of football.  We're not even at the halfway point of the season yet.  I expect the Bears to wait until the season is over and then decide what to do with the coaching staff.
