Why is this even a thing? (I mean I know the answer: it's the internet) But it's obvious Williams was taking the loss hard. That's a good thing. It shows he cares. Would people prefer if he was all smiles after a loss?

I totally agree with you. Caleb Williams seems to be hyper-focused on winning, and he hates losing. That intense drive to win is a good thing. But yeah, it is the Internet. People like to manufacture drama.

I still want to know who the heck Stroud thinks he is to be giving advice to a guy only a year younger than him? (I'm not sure of their ages, but meaning a 2nd year vs. a first year.) I want to see Stroud after a few more years - was he a one-year wonder or is he the real deal? There is a long list of guys who were great for a year or two and faded away to oblivion.

I don't think it was the expected loss to Houston (at least not for me). It was the lack of improvement. However, even playing at the same low level, we should see improvement this week as they are not as good as Houston. But that would not be improvement as much as a better result.
