This cannot continue to be the case. Whether our offense is successful or not (obviously it wasn't) we cannot concede almost 10 minutes (10 MINUTES DAMMIT!) of ball control to the opponent every week.
We got lucky their QB was Levis and not somebody named Mahomes, Burrow, Herbert, Hurts, Tua, etc.
We would've gotten murdered in that game.

Having said that, Tennessee was a particularly tough matchup as their biggest strength (their interior DL) was against our biggest weakness (iOL). Jenkins had one of his worst games as a G. Williams also missed some throws he won't miss later after opening day jitters are gone, including a surefire 40 yard TD pass. Allen dropped another easy TD and he's a normally very sure-handed WR. The play that CW bobbled the snap on was a quick screen to DJ Moore that was set up beautifully but it was busted for a TFL when he had to hand the ball off. There was another screen to the opposite side that also was set up to be a big gainer but Blasingame completely whiffed his block and the ball was batted down. And finally, Waldron really ran some screwy personnel groupings as he admitted to yesterday.
Bottom line for me is that I am not worried at this point. This O is a lot better than it looked Sunday. Until they show me they aren't cleaning up their mistakes (coaches and players), I am not gonna panic. I noticed there was only two 300 yard passers in week 1. Offense was down all across the league as there was a lotta rust out there.
