Bears Aquire OL Ryan Bates from Buffalo

Not sure why ppl are down on Stevenson. It was his rookie year and rookies are going to make rookie mistakes which can look a lot worse at the CB position. I thought he showed flashes and really improved as the season went on. I feel like Smith also has some good upside to him despite being late round.
IMHO Poles & Ian have done well picking S & CBs thus far. None were 1st round top picks, none should be expected to own NFL WRs in year 1. We all need to remember MOST NFL teams have MUCH better WRs than we are used to watching every week.
DJ Moore has changed the mantra to Chicago is where WRs come to thrive!

It is really only David who is down on him. The Bears didn't draft some can't miss star with that pick so he is upset at Stevenson for it.

For the record, I am not predicting he’ll ever be as good as Jaylon. I hope he gets there, because I want all the players we are relying on to be Super Bowl ready by 2025.  Completion % under 60% and PFF at 70+ would be good improvement in 2024 compared to his 65% completion rate and 60 PFF for 2023.
