Well, just goes to show. Ya gotta do your homework. I was just buying what I was reading. Apparently, this is the guy that turned Geno Smith around. We got the guy that followed him. Same old Schiit

After reading up on what I could find on this today, it sounds like Joseph, Waldron and Canales, - all three of them together - are credited with helping Geno Smith to a Comeback Player of the Year award in 2022. We have 2 of those 3 guys, and the third, Canales, got a head coach job. Now all we need to do is sign old Geno and it will be "Super Bowl here we come" right?

It takes a village. Canales was the QB coach...he wasn't calling the plays, Waldron was. You need good coaches, not just good coordinators.
