I was hoping I could post a snippet but I am not sure if Sportsmockery will not let me or it's because I am at work on "incognito" mode.
Anyways Robert Schmitz of Da Bears Blog went through a lot of C.Wills tapes and found that the "holding the ball" too long was not because he was not sure where to throw to but he was avoiding the rushers waiting for his receivers to get open. And only scrambles down field when he has no other option. Reading this it does remind me of those stupid scrambles that we have had to endure watching A.Rod dissect our defense.
If C.Will does this with our receivers, it will be a fun season to watch.
Yeah, that is some of it. Not all of it. Some of it was he was looking for home runs.
And I believe that many/most of his fumbles came from lack of focus on ball safety while doing it.

Most of what I read said he had a good workout. I guess he overthrew a couple of times, but other than that, people thought he was impressive. I did read one that said he was unimpressive, but I only saw one of those.
Edit
LOL, as I was trolling the internet, I ran across it again (wasn't looking for it again or anything), so posted the link

He lives in LA...so I guess he figured he'd meet the new QB. LOL, apparently Caleb and Keenan know each other. Caleb talked about it.
Keenan said he only met him once (prior to this), but they are going to know each other real good
Kind of thought it was big that Keenan was also there wearing Bears gear. He could have showed up in street clothes and been more inconspicuous, but he made it a point to wear what he wore. I like that.

+1 Keenan Allen will undoubtedly be in the Hall of Fame after retirement. He still has PLENTY left in the tank of that Hall of Fame career - to give to the Chicago Bears. The thought of him coming here to pair with D.J. Moore just blows my mind, Alex. Totally blows my mind. And now we have the QB1 coming who can light up defenses with these two amazing talents. I am beyond excited to watch the fireworks.
