Anyone finding they're warming to the Bears drafting Caleb?

Every person who has covered him closely only says glowing things about his character and leadership. All the "bad" stuff is almost always people taking things out of context of over emphasizing things for click bait. Is he Jesus? No, but no one is and it's unfair to expect that. 

He's someone who grew up in an age of social media. It's not surprising he and his family take advantage of it where possible. I want someone to explain why this is a bad thing. Would you prefer he be foolish with his money and talent like so many other players? If anything it proves he has something going on between his ears which many players do not.

The amount of scrutiny this guy gets is just nuts. I don't know if it's because people think he's to good to be true, or they're just trying to tear him down for some personal dislike.  

There is a report that Williams said he would not provide medical except with teams he visits. So the Bears invited him to come for private workout, interview, and medical right after the combine. His (“team” father?) refused. So there will no medical provided before his Pro Day (3/20). Poles didn’t want to trade Fields before Williams evaluation is completely locked down. And no GM will trade up to #1 without having Williams pass medical and interview. The net effect is that Poles isn’t likely to be able to trade the #1 pick or Fields before the END of the first week of free agency. That hurts the Bears..
