Poll - What % Blame do you place on Fields vs the TEAM

I honestly can't tell. I posted before that two things can be true at the same time:

1a. Org let him down by not giving him all the tools he needed--from NFL level WRS and OL to Nagy and Getsy
1a. Fields can't do the little things QBs need to do. If he can't hit the layups, he can't QB in the NFL.

I voted 50-50.

Very few QBs are in a perfect situation.

2018 Chiefs

I'm not expecting Fields to be Brady, Manning, or Mahomes good. I do however expect 3,500 yards a year from him. Modern NFL has made passing far too easy.

He's not a QB who can win it for us either. He has a losing record against playoff teams and a few major chock jobs in the 4th quarter.

Before the Packers game. I was "ok" with us giving him another year but after having yet another bad game (Not his fault but he didn't do anything to help the team either) we need to start over.

60% Team - 40% Fields.

I assume we are assigning "blame" here just for the passing offense.  Obviously Fields isn't involved on defense, STs, and the running game has actually been a bright spot -- an unimpactful bright spot but a bright spot.  

Not sure how others voted but I assign the majority of blame to Fields for the PASS O.  Not all, as Getsy gets a bunch too, but yeah he's the freakin' QB and passing offense falls mostly on him.  He hasn't elevated his game or those around him much and that's what great QBs do.  He also hasn't matched the production of his peers (both chronological and divisional), three of whom just won playoff games this weekend.  
 
If you were to ask me how much blame I would give him for the overall team's performance, I'd be a bit more generous and say maybe 40-50%.  Flus as HC stumbled and bumbled quite a bit and the defense had some epic collapses plus was pure garbage the entire first 4 weeks or so.

My bet is that most people who gave Fields less than 50% blame were considering elements like that which really didn't involve the QB at all.
