We were having exactly that until about 24 hours ago. He had a cold snap and snow around Halloween. But it has been above freezing most days since then. We've had a fair amount of rain but not much snow, if any.

Until 24 hours ago. We have had close to a foot of snow and the predicted temperatures for the next 3 to 4 days are highs around -10^oC and lows down to below -20^o C to -25^o C. And a 36-hour period where we never get above -18^o.

I don't think Flus' seat is as hot as you want to think it is. I talked about this in another thread. It has always been said that this was a 3 year process to get the team to be where they want it to be. I actually think Flus has at least 2 more years.

Warren’s speech refers to his experience with the Rams, and made it clear that is his model. He expects big things to happen next season. Anything less than 10-12 wins is unacceptable. Does he envision Caleb Williams doing for the Bears what Kurt Warner did for the Rams? That came to mind as I listened to him.

If the Bears are eating dust in the NFC North in 2024, Eberflus should not be feeling a lot of job security. He wouldn’t on any other team.
