It does sound like there is a lot of interest in the Bears' offensive coordinator job. I have to believe part of that is the fact that the Bears have incredible draft resources and also good cap $$$ to add some elite pieces to the roster that already has some very good players - this is an offense roster that can be completed in this 2nd year of the rebuild with the best QB in the draft class, people like Marvin Harrison Jr., a draft class deep in WR talent and OL talent.
And the defense on this team is ascending with good young talent. And think of this. One benefit - a significant benefit to being an OC on a team with a defensive minded head coach is that YOU get 100% credit for your success and can land a HC job (not like Bieniemy situation where the HC gets the credit).

Anyone have any idea why they got rid of Omar Young? He was the RB coach. The Bears had the best running game in the league. I know they purged offense pretty good, but I would think it should have been kind of selective. At least let the new guy decide if he wanted him

He was the guy the guy Flus's prior RB coach was sending porn to.

Pass protection by the running backs fell off a cliff as the season went on.
