And then we name Eberflus - Assistant to Defensive Coordinator

Eberflus needs to be a head coach. Just be a solid HC. If he tries to take on coordinator stuff I think that is not good for the team or him.

He won’t get too involved with the defense, but he’ll fire the guy again if it starts going sideways.
