I am seeing a real surge in posts on several social media platforms that Waldron is being hired this morning as our new OC. The posters include The Athletic and other relatively responsible media organizations.
That would be a great move. If they could pull that off it would be the best way forward. Even if it failed it at least would have been a move that made sense. Also, you are setting up a backup for Waldron if he did get an HC job in the furture... just reload with Kingsbury and keep your schemes intact.
Kubiak could be a good option (I like him too) but that Waldron/Kingsbury duo would be pure awesome.
If Kingsbury is hired as QB coach or "pass coordinator", that tells you Caleb is almost for sure the QB.
I would love that. QB + coaching + supporting = quality QB

I found this interesting.... Says that others were getting nearer to perhaps picking Waldron. Wonder if they might have had someone else in mind but felt they had to move. Regardless, I think Waldron is a good choice
