Browns beat Bears - who gets the deflated ball?

I see a lot of people out there talking about "choking" the game away. The 1st Lions game was a choke job, this was not that. That's because you can't choke a game away when you're offense scores 3 points (I refuse to give them credit for the TD as the defense put it on the one yard line for them and it still took them 9 plays to get it in). You actually have to be doing well on both sides of the ball for that to happen. The defense played lights out but you can't expect them to put the game away when you keep giving the other offense try after try because you can't move the ball or even get a few field goals. The way the D played this shouldn't have been close. 

I'll even give the offense some excuses. DJ was obviously at 50% most of this game. We lost Tevin at some point. The Cleveland defense is really good. But the product need to be better. Fields was what now seems to be his usual hot and cold self. Making one or two great plays then following it up with a bunch of poor or ineffectual ones. While I didn't see any really bad specific play calls I didn't get a sense the Bears had a good gameplan going into this. Although as always it's difficult to tell whether it was the play calling or not when the execution is all over the place. The lack of effective running game really limited things as well. I don't think that's on RBs so much but the holes just didn't seem to be there. 

As of now, like everyone else, I know there needs to be some changes but I'm still not entirely sure where to start. I almost wish they were just really bad. Midway through the 2014 season everyone knew Emery and Trestman were going to be gone. The team was that bad. That made things easy. Now there's progress in some areas and not in others. I think they really just need to move on from JF. Maybe he find success elsewhere but I'm not seeing him do it here. If they do keep Flus they need to figure out a way to get an OC and new QB who are the same page. 

Having just watched the Hoge & Jahns breakdown of the game, our votes should be more equally divided between Getsy and Fields.
