Get Harbaugh here and let him take the wheel.  I guarantee you he knows what he can and cannot do with Fields and he knows whether keeping him or moving on is the right choice.

Harbaugh made Alex Smith and Kaepernick both look way better than they were.  You add weapons Like MHJr and BB and I gotta believe he will make the O hum with JF1.  And he will know if he can't and not be afraid to tell Poles to draft someone else.

Get Harbaugh into HH and don't let him leave until you have a deal worked out.

I want a better route runner than Mooney in the slot.  A reliable guy like Edelman to run short slants and out routes on 3rd and 6 to move the chains. It would do wonders for Fields to have that as his security blanket.
