There is nothing in stats that show why we should keep a mediocre GM to once again fire him and force the next GM to be stuck with a HC they didn't want like we've done in the past. If we're going to fire everyone. We start with poles and work our way down.
My point is Poles does not make his picks or set his priorities in a vacuum. If he did, that would set up a bad situation (that we have seen in the past). Unfortunately, we do not know what went on behind the scenes. My guess would be Poles provided enough rope for the coaching staff to hang themselves.
Some might say Carter like Davidl. Maybe that is the case. We could of had a Donald 2.0 here instead of an above average tackle. If that is the case then it falls on Poles just like Pace skipping out on Watson for Trubisky. 2018 Bears team could of been a Super Bowl team with Watson.
If we keep Poles (Which we really shouldn't) and we have the #1 and #2 overall pick. Then he needs to draft BPA regardless of scheme.

Having DJ Moore here as well. Our offense would transform in a year. No Williams wouldn't be Mahomes in year one but giving him 2 great WR's to throw too will help develop him a lot.
