Who are the coaches the Bears should consider for 2024?

The problem with Shanahan is he wants GM control, which he's not too good at. Second the only success he ever had as a coach was when he had John Bloody Elway one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time. Post Elway his record has been average at best having only one playoff win whenever his squads made the post-season.

In Mike's last stint with The Redskins they finish dead last all but one year in the division. His sole good season he had to rely on a gimmicky offense with RG3, a quarterback he allegedly didn't want, that Kyle was the mastermind behind. And even then it took a miracle seven win streak for that years team to make the playoffs and of course they got bounced in the first round. The following season everything went in the toilet and he was let go.

There was a reason he got fired from Den despite winning then back to back Superbowls; a reason he got sacked from Washington though no coach could have succeeded under Snyder. Shanahan was a solid coach, post Elway, but not a great one or even good one without number 7.
