Who are the coaches the Bears should consider for 2024?

Hey, thanks for the suggestion to make a thread on this topic!!!  Here it is.  And I moved your post to it (it's above).  

My vote might be Eric Bieniemy. He would at least be high on my interview list.

He is an interesting choice and been around the league a long time. He could possibly build a good group of coaches and i'm sure players would love to play for him.

I am honestly scared of some of these young up and comer type coordinators because we have been down that road already lol.

He is an older guy so he would likely be stopping down in a few years but would have a good OC in waiting to step right in.

Leaning towards Harbaugh. He previously took the 49ers to the Super Bowl if I remember correctly. May have been div title but pretty sure it was the SuperBowl. He was successful an Stanford prior to the 49ers and now at Michigan. I doubt it will happen mainly due to contract he has with Michigan and expensive to buy them out. Be nice to have an old player who knows the team background who is offensive guy and been successful coaching. His family basically are all coaches. His dad, his brother, and Jim all successful coaches.
