What all of you are not understanding, is that this is an ongoing "negotiation" with Arlington Heights.
Warren is making Chicago seem like a viable location, when in reality, the Bears are all but locked into AH at this point, barring a massive expenditure to make that otherwise not the case.
You guys are confusing incompetence with negotiation and leverage.
Ultimately, the stadium deal will get done in AH. The Bears are just trying to get AH to blink and offer a better tax deal right now. That's really all there is to it.
