I really think we are talking about 2 guys that shouldn't be a HC. I know it won't happen, but firing Fox would help the Team going Forward. You can't Change your coaches every year, you can't Change your coordinatiors every year. If this is the year you bring in your future QB that you think will be your Franchise QB, you fix that spot with a Long term security and establish your Coaching married to the QB. Pace has to ask himself this one question: Does he want to have his future QB or not and does he think is Fox the guy you want to Coach his new QB. Firing him after year 3 would do more bad than good.
