That's why I'll bet they will go with home-grown talent like Janoko. Don't fix what isn't broken. Keep the schemes, terminology and people in place and build on that foundation. Don't force the players into a new scheme if the scheme is putting 30+ points a game on the scoreboard. You sit the new OC down and tell him if he tries to get cute and pound square pegs into round holes - he's on the first flight outta here at O'Hare.
Right. And the offense can only get better from here with upgrades to the OL and WR positions. Honestly, at this point, I don’t think it will make a huge difference one way or the other whether Getsy stays or goes. The show will go on so long as the new guy stays the course. It will be Eberflus job to make sure that happens.
Buffalo has a defensive head coach with an explosive offense. Since Daboll, their OC, left to become an head coach, this year, the offense hasn't missed a beat. The Bills simply promoted from within and kept the wheels running. And Josh Allen hasn't showed any significant drop off, in his play.

Elite QB will be elite no matter the Offensive Coordinator.
