Not talking about Ted Phillips here, even though I'd love to see him pack his stuff and leave. I also want to say that I'm willing to give Pace another chance.
But here's the deal.
The entire coaching staff has got to go, and not just Fox!
But here's what I know. This once storied franchise has become the laughing stock of the NFL. I know we love to joke about the Cleveland Browns but let me ask you something.
Are they really worse than us? Quite frankly I'm not so sure anymore.

But here's the deal.
The entire coaching staff has got to go, and not just Fox!
1. Marc Trestman was fired after two years and a 13-19 record. He tried to establish a culture of niceness where everybody's feelings matter and became an embarrassment to the entire organization. Right now Fox has a 8-18 record, he's lost control of his players and it's only going to get worse. How can you possibly justify keeping him for another year?! He's done!
And keep in mind I was against going after Fox since day one. Fox has been and always will be average. He's no better than Lovie or Jeff Fisher. But people told me that hiring a veteran with playoff experience was smart and definitely a better option than Dan Quinn, Bowles or even Del Rio. Bullshit. Fox was expected to come in and head up a quick turnaround but failed miserably. And quite frankly I thought that it couldn't get worse than 2014, but it's starting to look like it could. Fox needs to go. Bye-Bye.

2. Loggains took a job he had no chance at succeeding at any point. And now it's obvious that the only reason our offense was so good last year was because of Gase, who's surprisingly doing well in Miami. Loggains' offense has struggled all season long and looks unprepared most of the time. No half time adjustments, questionable play calling, looks completely lost out there week after week. Sorry, he's gotta go. Bye-Bye.
3. I may be the only one here on this board but I think Vic Fangio is vastly overrated and I wouldn't want him as HC. Back in 2014 our D was ranked 31st in the league. Pace decided to turn it around and signed big-name players. This defense was supposed to be pretty good on paper. Hicks, Trevathan, Freeman, Floyd, McPhee, Houston and Young. Now almost two years after Fangio took the job, the D looks mediocre at best (20th in the league). How many more playmakers is he going to need?! Unlike most of you I just don't see what's so special about him. Pace gave him weapons to work with and he still hasn't been able to use them properly. I know you guys are gonna hate it, but if they decide to clean house once again (and I really hope they do) Fangio needs to go as well because we need a fresh start. Bye-Bye.
4. At this point I'm not sure what to think of STC Jeff Rodgers. Keep him? Fire him? No idea tbh.But here's what I know. This once storied franchise has become the laughing stock of the NFL. I know we love to joke about the Cleveland Browns but let me ask you something.
