Find the guy, draft the guy. Btw, this why you should never wait until you NEED to draft one to draft one.
And if this new & improved scouting department and Ryan Pace can't get it done, then get the people here who can. I hear the whining about how hard it is to draft solid NFL talent. Yes. But that's the gig at the NFL level.
