Sowell's $3 mil/2 year deal is now included so only these three have not been. Bray and Timu are likely vet minimum's and not top 51 deals and I'm guesstimating $3 mil for Acho so looks like we're around $23.8 mil including a $7.557 mil draft pool which is probably a couple of mil high. Still in good shape for now since I doubt anything in the way of extensions will be done prior to the draft and June 1st post draft cuts.
Soul, you reckon Pace might elect not to use any 2018 CAP space for these extensions? What I mean is formeither Goldman or Amos might he elect to start the new money in 2019 instead?

My impression is that extensions tend to take place in the summer or even the fall after the roster has been filled out. It usually pays to keep some cash in your pocket figuratively speaking just in case you run into a bargain player you want to add or you get hit with injuries.
One example of that might be Eric Reid. He's a former mid first round pick whose a very versatile DB/Coverage LB but like Kapernick he's a "kneeler". In fact he was one of the first to support Kap by kneeling with him. A lot of teams could use a guy like him including us since Fangio is very familiar with him but no one has signed him.
The longer he waits the more amenable he may be to accepting any deal that will get him on a roster and allow him to resume his career. I'm not sure how the organization view "kneelers" but he could be a real bargain for us.
There's no rush with either right now and if I'm Pace I would at least want to see where I stand post draft and rookie OTAs and then comes the June 1st vets being released because rookie draftees will replace them. Some of those guy can be gotten on vet minimum one year deals and some will wait it out to get more but I'd like to have some cap space to pursue someone if I felt he could help. That's the third wave of FA and it can last all summer long.

No change but we've brought back both McManis and Cooper so the number of unaccounted for players is back to five. Can't understand why Acho's deal isn't added in yet. He was one of the first of our own to be re-signed.
Sam Acho's deal is now included and we know that Cooper's is a 1 year deal for $2.5 mil max but not what the cap cost is. McManis who has a two year deal got $2.85 mil on his last 2 year deal so maybe $3 mil total on this one. Bray will not count towards the top 51. I'd ball park the remaining cap w/draft pool at around $20.5 mil.

Thanks for keeping this up to date. Really good info.

Depending on the structure of the extensions for Amos, Goldman, & Meredith we could conceivably make one more tier II signing like Hankins, Bowman, or Reid.

My guess is Pace has a number in his head that he'll match for Meredith. More than that and he'll allow him to go. I prefer not to have to replace him or have the need to depend on White to rise to the occasion but the price tag for a #2 type WR has it's limits. I don't see him paying Meredith more than Gabriel.
He can defer extensions for Goldman and Amos for now and finish up whatever he wants to do in FA.
Hankins is just a rumor for now and if we do make him an offer I don't believe it will be a long term one unless Pace and Fangio have decided to either move on from Goldman after this year or move him to DE because Hankins is a pure 1 tech NT whereas it's possible Goldman could play another position. We'll have to wait on this one.
