Still quite a few deals not yet posted so nothing is quite 100% accurate to date. I'm taking a wild guess when I estimate about $25-$26 mil remain after those still unrecorded deals are added.
I'd be surprised if we added anymore high dollar deal before the draft but I could see a couple of one year deals to fill in some depth at ILB and still hoping he might bring Houston back.
Cap Space (w/All) $41,803,502 Cap Space (w/Top 51 & Projected Draft Pool) $35,686,432 Cap Space (w/Top 51) $43,243,502
Prince Amukamar's numbers have been added and his 2018 cap is $7.5 mil.
Aaron Lynch's numbers have been reported but still not included. I've ballparked his cap hit at $3.67 mil which would give us $32 mil and change vs $35.686 mil.
These contracts have not yet been added.
Sam Acho OLB - - - - - - - - - 0.00 Tyler Bray QB - - - - - - - - - 0.00 Daniel Brown TE - - - - - - - - - 0.00 Taylor Gabriel WR - - - - - - - - - 0.00 Bradley Sowell - - - - - - - - - 0.00 John Timu - - - - - - - - - 0.00
There's a pretty good chance only Acho's and Gabriel's will impact the cap. EDIT; Lynch now added at $3.719 mil so I was close with my ballpark of $3.675 mil.
Cap Space (w/All) $38,084,752 Cap Space (w/Top 51 & Projected Draft Pool) $32,447,682 Cap Space (w/Top 51) $40,004,752
Of note:Now that both Fuller and Amukamara have been signed their combined cap hits for 2018 are $14 mil. Fuller; $6.5 mil and Amukamara; $7.5 mil. That's only about $1 mil more than Fullers tag would have cost us alone; $12.971 mil.
Cap Space (w/All) $32,584,752 Cap Space (w/Top 51 & Projected Draft Pool) $27,427,682 Cap Space (w/Top 51) $34,984,752 These contracts have not yet been added.
IMHO only Acho's will impact the top 51. It was reported as a 2 year $7.5 mil deal and if I take a wild guess on his 2018 cap hit it would be around $3 mil. That would leave us around $24.4 mil under the cap including the draft pool $$$.

With Goldman, Amos, & Meredith all getting probable extensions I think our CAP space may now drift to about 11-12M or less. Plus we still don't have the final numbers on the 3/4 pending signings. We may indeed be done.

Of those left unreported who would impact the top 51 in all likelihood only Acho would count. We'll have to see what happens with Meredith's tender but I'm thinking Pace won't even talk about extensions with Goldman and Amos 'til after the draft.
If we were to draft Fitzpatrick there's a good chance he wouldn't extend Amos anyway. I'm thinking things may slow down now until Pace sees an opportunity to add some depth on one year deals.
Sowell's $3 mil/2 year deal is now included so only these three have not been. Bray and Timu are likely vet minimum's and not top 51 deals and I'm guesstimating $3 mil for Acho so looks like we're around $23.8 mil including a $7.557 mil draft pool which is probably a couple of mil high. Still in good shape for now since I doubt anything in the way of extensions will be done prior to the draft and June 1st post draft cuts.
