The dude has no hands, has no idea how to run a route, he played slow, he wasn't agile from the 4 games he did play in the NFL, and he can't get any separation.
Thing is, it was Pace's first year and his draft class that year was horrible. I really don't see White coming back. How many WRs missed their first 2 rookie seasons and become a elite player later on?
I figure every player is unique. No two are exactly alike. Maybe White will end up being a bust, but it's just as likely that he will be fine from here out. It sounds like the talent is probably there with him. That left leg just needs to not break again, or any new injuries either.
I hope he can show us the talent that made us draft him at #7. The last thing we need right now is White being a bust.

Don't think that's an accurate statement. Amos as a 5th RD is an average starter - that's a hit. Meredith was a UDFA but is now a starter. Eddie Goldman has had some ankle issues but has looked stout. That's three starters. I think that's pretty decent not great but decent.

Meredith wasn't technically a draft pick but yeah that's a WIN if he shows last season wasn't just a fluke.
Goldman looks promising but needs to be more available going forward.
Im not a fan of Amos. The best you can say about him so far is that he's played every game and is backup/spot starter quality. Dude can't seem to cover and hasn't had a single pick in 32 starts. That's decent I guess for a 5th rounder but doesn't really move the needle at all.
Grasu got hurt and is now a man without a starting position since Whitehair took his job.
I don't know how anyone can be confident of Kevin White after two years of being a bust. I'm kinda sick of hearing excuses for this kid. We drafted him at #7 and he hasn't perform once to his overall pick value.
He's been injured, not a bust, injured. Again Clowney is the perfect example of why you don't start calling early drafted players busts to soon. And last year he started to flash, and got hurt.
That being said, this is the make/break year for him though. He needs to stay healthy and preform like he started to last year or the team needs to move on from him.

Langford is a quality backup RB, which is important, and Grasu isn't done either and will likely be a quality backup also. The team doesn't just need starters, they need backup and rotational players.
Starters: Amos DB Goldman NT Meredith WR Floyd OLB Whitehair OG/OC Howard RB
rotational: Langford RB Grasu OC Nick K ILB Bush DB Hall DB Leblanc DB Callahan DB
So in 2 years he's gotten 13 starters/core pieces via the draft/udfa. He needs another couple years of this, and he needs to hit on key positions in the next 2 years also, QB, OT, WR, OLB, DE. B/c so far in his draft hits it's mostly db's and interiorlinemen and RB. Those are important pieces, but not key pieces.

He's a bust THUS FAR. And if he doesn't kick ass this coming year, he will be a permanent bust as you said.

I see what you are saying. But you never know about players. Permanent bust is what we said about 1st round pick Marc Columbo due to injuries. We let him walk and Dallas picked him up and he never missed a game for them for the next 3 years. He ended up a solid starting OL for them and finished out a 10 year NFL career. And Columbo isn't the only player to come back from a couple bad injury years to have healthy high-level production and a nice long career. Every player, and every situation is different. White could end up a bust. Or he could end up plagued by injuries throughout his career. But he could end up doing well.

I don't think he has to kick ass, but he does have to stay healthy and show some chops. Something close to 1000 yards and 8-10 TDs
