This could be posted in any number of threads, but if the Glennon deal goes through, I think Pace doesn't pick a QB until day 3. Glennon gets two years while a rookie rides the bench.
Agreed. That is the big plus I see for signing Glennon (actually the only plus I see other than booting Cutler).
I'd rather take the BPA at #3 than any of the top 3 QBs on this board this year. Seems like DeShone Kizer hurt his positioning in the combine. He COULD fall to the second. That would'nt bother me picking him there.

IMO (as if anyone cares..) Pace either takes Allen @3 or trades down to get a safety + picks. If a top QB falls, he tries to get back into the bottom of the first for the QB. If not, he doubles up with a DB in the second round and picks the best QB left on their board in the 3rd. 4-7th are then BPA ranked with attention paid to WR, TE, and CB. I think we'll see a completely new d-backfield, maybe even 2 rookie starters along with 2 FAs. Amos becomes the first guy off the bench in that situation.

Really depends on how aggressive they are to fix that DB situation. If they are as aggressive as they were about the ILB position last year, look for db's to fall in draft need and watch them take a crack in the mid rounds
I'd take a safety if I couldn't trade down. After the draft is over it doesn't matter when you picked that safety you think is going to be a AP/PB safety, just that you picked him.
